The subscription for the full 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 CPD year is no longer available. For the remaining events through to the end of March 2027 you can purchase a subscription for $264 (incl GST). Working with the Victorian Security of Payment Act

CPD 27 October 2026 – Working with Victorian Security of Payment Act.  Contract Administration Group, in conjunction with Rialto Adjudications and RICS DRS, is introducing a series of FREE 1 hour CPD events directed at working with the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002 – Victoria (VIC SOPA) now in force. Our first such one hour event will be on 27 October 2026 starting any 5:15pm  Melbourne time. It is FREE but you must register if you want the participation recognised. We will send Zoom links to those who have registered. To make this work for you we need your Questions on Notice and an indication of topics of interest to you.The sessions will be directed to covering core CPD activities such as legal principles, ethical obligations plus practice and procedure. July 2026 – Immersion Day

We are pleased to confirm that the full day of interactive CPD activity at the Riverside Hotel Southbank Brisbane was held on 14 July 2026. This face-to-face event has been a success each year it has been held. We will announce details for the next Immersion Day when available. Don’t hesitate to register when the event is published as places are limited.

2026 – Certificate In Adjudication Course

The 2026 course for those who wish to pursue a Certificate in Adjudication for the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 (QLD) (BIFA) and for meeting CPD requirements was run in July 2026.
