CPD 16 April 2024 – Practicalities of Adjudicating

CPD 16 April 2024 – Robert Sundercombe will discuss issues regarding deciding adjudication applications when there are no submissions from the respondent. Robert is an Electrical Engineer, Director of Outcome Management as well as a registered adjudicator. Stuart Wood will address ‘Effective Service of Notices – Particularly Electronic’. If time permits, Stuart will also discuss ‘Adjudicator Shopping’. Stuart is a civil engineer with over 45 years of experience in the building and construction industry as well as being a registered adjudicator: 5:15pm to 6:15pm Brisbane time.
